Ideal Shopping Direct ("the Company") announces that Andrew Fryatt is stepping down as Chief Executive and a Director of the Company with effect from 10 October 2008. 

The Company has commenced a search for a new Chief Executive. In the interim period, the senior management team responsible for day to day management of the business will report to David Williams, Chairman, who will assume executive responsibilities.
